Any students from Canada studying abroad?

Walter Scordino: hey. I'm a canadian that's studying abroad in the UK. I am studying in a 2 year law degree. There are about 30 canadians in our class. It is a positive experience. If you chosse to study abroad in a European university, then you will get to meet students from all around the world. This will broaden your perspective of different students from around the world. Also you get the experience of visiting different regions around the city to which you choose to study. I'm studying in a European city pf Leicetster. I'm near London, Birmingham, Nottingham, etc. Also the advantage of studying in Europe provides the option of visiting places like paris, amsterdam, italy, spain, etc. Wherever you choose to study abroad, take advantage of exploring the surrounding popular cities around your university while studying abroad. Also, take plenty of pictures and have fun times with your friends while studying abroad. However, the reality is that the experience of studying ! abroad can only be possible through appropriate funding. I am getting funding assistance through the bank and my parent's financial support. If you are a student from ontario, then OSAP does give government assistance. I believe that they can provide a loan between 40-50% of the tuition cost. The banks could also provide some assistance in certain cases. Or your parents and family could provide some financial assistance in some way. Well, hope this information helps. Good luck with your future endevors. Take care.....Show more
