Madie Strople: Safety mostly........ but try to read everything.. Also-----what the signs meanwhat you may think isn't important may be the very thing that is on the test.......so I would learn it
May Stands: Two quick thoughts. One is to shop around for the best rate. Insurance companies are not in it to help people. They are in it to make money. There are many of them and they compete.Secondly, raise your deductibles. If you carry a low deductible, like $100, then the cost will be much higher. Also, it is not useful because it would be foolish to claim this amount since the company is likely to drop you if you make a claim. So go for a high deductible amount like $1000.Good luck....Show more

Faustino Mellerson: In some states u can take a safety course and bring down ur payment
Randa Hessell: The best way! to get cheaper car insurance, is to call several companies and get quotes. This way, they will try to compete with your lowest quote you have gotten. If you call another car insurance company, and their rate is lower, don't stop there. It only takes a couple minutes to call each company, and well worth it. Call all the major carriers (there isn't that many) and go with the lowest rate. Here are some good companies. http://www.freeinsuranceresource.com/carinsurancec......Show more
King Bringle: It all depends on:1. Your age (25+ usually has a lower rate).2. Driving history.3. Residence.4. Year of vehicle.5. Gender6. And type of insurance. It could be that your agent tacked on a bunch of things such as car rental insurance. I'd double check if I were you....Show more
Queenie Ruthers: Add a driver.. Maybe someone like your mom or dad (only if they have a good record) and that will lower it. That's what I did and it works. I'm a young female and drive a! Camaro SS so they want an assload of money for me so I just a! dded my mom and I only pay $97.00 a month for full coverage. If you need anymore info email me. Good luck!
Joel Feagler: One thing you could do is take a defensive driving course. When you send the paperwork in to your insurance company, they will lower your rates somewhat. It does take several hours to complete, but you can either find a class to join, or you can rent a video at Blockbuster.
Ronnie Panas:
Fritz Sisomphou: Get a security system, give them an address that is outside a big city, tell them it is not for commuting but for ocassional personal use, take drivers training
Matt Gerdeman: switch to geico
Marna Liddie: Do you park it at night in a high-risk area? That has a lot to do with premiums.
Mack Ukich: what are the most important pages that i need to study in the oregon drivers manual? i've read it 3 times already, i just need to know.
Shandi Wedge: if you put a security system on it that will lower it, and also if y! ou have a 4 door verses a 2 door that will lower it as well. The older the model the better the rate you will get becuase the newer models have more things on the cars that can go wrong. try getting some quotes from other companys to see what they have for a premium. If you have all wheel drive that will lower it and having anti locking breakes.
Manie Labat: CRIPES! What insurance company are you using?! You're getting ripped off...big time! Start shopping around for a different insurance company...quick!
Letitia Bigelow: There are several factors affecting car insurance cost, assuming coverage is all the same. Car model, year, mileage, whether it's 2-door or 4-door, security features, and other things. To decrease your premium cost, you'll probably either have to give up some of the coverage, or increase your deductible.Hope that helps!BrianSlay the Greek Gods!http://www.zeuslegacy.com/register.php?ref=136...Show more
Gabriel Realmuto: Legal or not its a ! good investment to often the blind lead the blind.. every licenced inst! ructor is trained not only in driving but how to teach.Safety The school i worked for did yearly up grading. I learned something new each year as was able to pass it on. never take driving for granted or common sence
Arnulfo Seegars: Are you 25 yet? My premiums plummeted right before my 25Th Bday. Buy a house & have a kid.
Elden Bardach: well do you have limited or full tort ??? if you have full tort you can go to limited tort. that will lower the price you need to consult with your agent he can help you better, but that doesn't sound to bad for a 2005 vehicle
Season Confalone: if you have no tickets and accidents the only thing that comes to mind right away is to sell your 2005 car and get a used vehicle. Some think that used cars are unreliable but my car is over 10 years old, I paid $800 for it (sticker price was $3995 at a dealership and I negotiated it down to $800) 2 1/2 years ago. Since I bought the car it has only costed me $500 worth of repa! irs and most of that was for a new muffler that new cars need eventually too,.
Leif Serabia: Remember there are other factors that go into an insurance rate like:a. your vehicles safety and theft recordsb. your zip code, someone with a zip code right next to yours could be paying less or more due to territories.c. Do you have your husband listed on the policy? If not then being married does you no good.d. Are your deductibles very low? Sometimes going from a $250 to a $500 deductible can save you quite a bit of money.I would call some other companies for quotes. Depending on what state you are in there could be a big difference or you may find you are paying a similar rate that you would with other companies. If you happen to be in AZ email me, I can get a quote for you for the company I work for!...Show more
Cody Petrulis: I know there are some newer laws since September 1st 2007, but in order to get your drivers license do you HAVE to take drivers ed?
