Marcia Cheathan: Your question is broad. It depends on what ASPECTS of your mental 'fitness' you are talking about. Visualization is a wonderful tool, but why not expand on it and try involving the other senses. Visualize an orange. LOOK at it's color, FEEL it's texture, SMELL it's aroma, TASTE it's flavor. Play chess to develop concentration and ability to 'visualize' ahead playing out several moves in advance. Riddles for problem-solving faculties. Play memory 'match' games to flex memory.
