So I like to have something with zipper or deep pockets to put my keys, money, sunglasses so they dont fall out on the ride. Dress comfortable. I always bring a hoodie or something, and even though its not the cutest, I can always tie it around my waist if not wearing it. Comfy sneakers are a must! If you are eating alot of leafy watery greens and raw veggies and fruits (which you are supposed to be doing!) you really don't need 8 glasses. You just need abouot that much water in your diet overall. I say about because how much you need varies based on your metabolism and activity level. You need to replace the water your body uses up in normal processes and in perspiration, or even if you have been crying. Good if you're running out of time and need to prepare something quick, but not something I would want to eat on a daily basis because there doesn't seem to be a lot of fresh ingrediants since most is tinned. If you're asking is it safe and/or healthy for a woman whose diet is raw vegan - or if it would be more difficult - that's a somewhat more complex question. though not impossible)The simple answer is: As long as she is of a healthy weight (being too thin can be just as harmful as being too heavy) and is consuming the right vitamins/minerals, and is otherwise healthy, there's no reason she can't conceive. The same goes for carrying a healthy child to term. Sh! e should be aware of what (if anything) in her diet is missing that requires supplements to keep the baby healthy. B12 is harder to get (though not impossible) without meat, so she might need injections, for example. A growing baby needs protein and calcium.
